What is too much to ask for allowence twords the updateing that needs to be done.
He is already paying $8000 in closing.
He has already agreed to fix a/c unit in home, Because it is broken. He said either he would give us a allowence tword it or would have it fixed.
My husband is a plumber and is very handy, I know most of the work he can do himself, or knows someone who can.
The relectrical work if we hired someone to do it all would cost about 10- 15,000. but we could do about half the work ourselves and maybe spend 2 or $3,000 for the whole job.
The roof needs to be replaced. It will cost about $8,000.

what is to much to ask for from the seller to help update the home? as of now the wiring is a fire hazard, but most of the homes in the neighborhood have the same type of wiring and roofs( which the shingles were stapled in but there are no leaks as of now.

I just recently got a new/used car, new to me. I work full time and treated myself to a few year old BMW. My mom asked what other cars I was considering and I told her. My mom has always been lazy and manipulative and uses anything to manipulate me. Well onto the good part, mom emailed me and asked me to look up information on all of the cars on the list for her, BUT one year newer than I got. She has no job by choice but has a husband who works who will probably buy it for her. BUT she wants me to do reseach for her? I take pride in the fact that I work and can buy myself nice things, she takes pride in the fact that she can get nice things without working. Must she rub it in my face? To me thats just mean and non mother like. What do you think?

Ok how would you interpret this situation. My fiancee knows that im going to pick her up from work. I turn up to her shop with her sister and she isnt there. We ask her friend where she is and as a joke i think her friend says with her boyfriend in the toilet. Her sister says she wants to go see her, so i go with her and her sister comes back out of the toilet and says shes not there. We go back to her shop, then about 5 min later my fiancee arrives at the shop. When her sister asks where she was she says in the toilet we just checked. Her sister then says no u weren't because we were just there. Then my fiancee says no i was in the out of order one, then her sister says no u weren't cause i checked there too. Conversation stops for 5 min then my fiancee changes her story and says she went to another toliet that was much much further than the other one and that she just wanted to walk. Also lately she has been very secretive with her mobile. Hanging up on the calls she receives.

I honestly at times do not the read the Bible as much as I should. I'm trying to understand it very well so when I go out to share Christ with others I can have the ability to affirm what I am saying is true through the word of God. Agree, Disagree? I mean, come on, nobody could even come close to beating the Australians! This is a joke. ICC must review the saleability of the event. One side mauling and no contests are BORING! Performance standards need tro be set for the other 9 teams and if they dont catch up, they need to be left out.

Yeah, I need a new home cause my mom is in therapy conditions, out of control, and she screams & yells at my step father (citizen). She gets mad over anything & will send me to my real father in Dominican Republic. I'm her new target just for yelling at her. I don't think she will renew my green card, purposely so i would have no choice but to leave the U.S. She's my guardian, who's responsible for that. Is there any program or anywhere i can do it myself so i wouldn't have to depend on her until i turn 18 and i can take the citizenship test? Eventually, she'll lose her temper with me and send me to my father. she's also really sick & if she dies, my real father is my next guardian. I'm trying 2 eat healthy and excersize to lose a belly but everything they sell at school for lunch is unhealthy. im not allowed out cuz im only in 8th grade and i dont want to bring in lunch, so if i eat a big breakfast then eat a snack when i get home at around 5 then dinner at like 5:30 [after softball practice] is that unhealthy?
