Hi-
I want my legs to be really H.O.T. this summer if you know what I mean. I want them to not jiggle when I walk, but that is pretty much impossible, so I guess some excersises on what can make them stronger.

Walking, squats and lunges will do very nicely for the legs

Also be sure to shave EVERYTHING. Don't want
any loose hairs sticking out anywhere.

wear capris.they conceal a little jiggle & look sexy , they give a little extra shape..smoother looking thighs...

walking is great for your legs, plus it doesn`t really seem like exercise!!!

you can run a lot or wear stockings,panty hoes and make sure you shave your legs
