Agree, Disagree? I mean, come on, nobody could even come close to beating the Australians! This is a joke. ICC must review the saleability of the event. One side mauling and no contests are BORING! Performance standards need tro be set for the other 9 teams and if they dont catch up, they need to be left out.

I also did not enjoy the World cup because it was a huge world cup with lots of matches played. So I think the ICC should reduce the matches. And about the winning of Australia I dont think ICC has anthing to do with this.

I too agree with you that the world cup 2007 was a boring tournament as except two or three matches, no other match generated any excitement. Full credit should be given to Australia for their consistent performance. It is a pity that other countries, though have very talented batsmen and bowlers, could stop the run of success of Australia. ICC cannot do anything in this regard and it is upto the cricket board of other nations to try and build up strong teams competent enough to beat Australia

i enjoyed the matches, but i don't think the ICC could have done anything about the Australians walking all over the other teams. i agree the other teams need to catch up or we will see a one sided match for the next twenty years.
