Yeah, I need a new home cause my mom is in therapy conditions, out of control, and she screams & yells at my step father (citizen). She gets mad over anything & will send me to my real father in Dominican Republic. I'm her new target just for yelling at her. I don't think she will renew my green card, purposely so i would have no choice but to leave the U.S. She's my guardian, who's responsible for that. Is there any program or anywhere i can do it myself so i wouldn't have to depend on her until i turn 18 and i can take the citizenship test? Eventually, she'll lose her temper with me and send me to my father. she's also really sick & if she dies, my real father is my next guardian. How do i avoid getting sent back or or avoid my real dad from taking/adopting me if my mother dies? I already have a good education here. Can a 15 yr old renew his own greencard? I dont know anything about this. share some info please.

I believe you can !

Call an immigration attorney and find out. Everything depends on where you live. Each state has different laws on immigration.
Plus it all depends on your age. If you are legal age, you can do whatever you want. But if you are under 18, contact child services and ask. I can see potential 2 problems going on here. A. domestic abuse of a minor which can force your mother to lose custody of you. B. your biological father is in dominican republic which is not part of the US. You may be deported to him unless he is not fit to raise you. The judge might consider placing you in foster care or care of the state. it is really specific problem. call District Attorney and get all info.

GOOD LUCK!

I dont think there is anyone who can help you since your mother is your guardian. I know this sounds ridiculous but if you really want to make sure you dont get kicked out of the states and want to keep your legal status then I would kiss her *** as much as possible until you are 18. She is totally blackmailing you I know but what can you do? It will be worth it in the end.
