I had hernia repair surgery during a laproscopic gall bladder surgery- also had an ovarian cyst removed- all at once- It was 7/05. I have not heard that I have that recalled kubel mesh patch but I would like to know- surgeon has NOT returned my call. I have gained 20+ since surgery for unknown reason- no other major symptoms- thyroid panel was ok. Anyone know anything?

Now that I've heard she's leaving the View, I'm not going to wake up early anymore to watch it. lol She was the only reason why I watch the show anyway, because she was funny. I don't know why people hate her, is it because she's a lesbian? she's not your typical gorgeous celebrity? She's fat? Or what? She could be a loud mouth, that's true, but it's something different from the rest of the other talk shows out there, and I would rather watch Rosie. And if you hate her because of her feuds with Trump, guess what, Trump is an @ss too.
But that's just me.

I want to make a liver recipie for my Dad who like liver. I can remember seeing that if you soak the liver in something for a few hours it will make it more tender but can't remember what. My Mum says milk but that sounds too yucky to me. Any advice appreciated.

My wife (as of '06) omitted a major portion of her salary for 2005 taxes, because it was received as a stipend as a fellow on an NIH training grant. Her university was not allowed to take out taxes, and up until April 2005 it was debateable whether NIH-NRSA postdoctoral trainees are subject to FICA and medicaire withholding (the IRS now says it is). So we just got a letter now telling us she is liable for taxes on an extra $45000 salary (apparently they haven't gotten to our 2006 taxes yet, since it will be the same for that year).
Apparently some of her co-fellows claimed (to tax authorities, on the advice of their employer) to receive the stipend as a loan, which they pay back with health-related service in the years after the loan.
We have until May 16 to get back to the IRS, and we are not sure what to do. She did not knowingly do anything wrong, and H&R Block did nothing to help us, even though they signed off on it... If we have to, we'll pay, but it's a lot of money...

The majority of Americans are moderates who lean slightly towards the right. Dems have won precisely three of the last ten presidential elections, and each of those three times was with a centrist. If history is any indication, the Dems will go out of their way to nominate someone slightly to the left of Lenin, and will then scratch their collective heads in bewilderment when they lose yet again.

To get the Dem nomination, a candidate has to be far enough to the left to satisfy the DailyKos and other leftists in the blogosphere, but then has to race back to the middle, hoping to garner votes from Mainstreet America.

If I claim 0 allowances on my W4 (Fed) and 0 allowances on my VA-4 (State) then how do you calculate how much tax is actually withheld from claiming 0 allowances on each tax?

I was curious if it was a standard percentage or a table or something else and where I could find it for my state (VA) and Fed. Thanks for your help!

Hey im 16 and my bf is 19. its just a 3 yr difference. He told me he wants to spend the rest of his life with me and I'm sure I want to be with him too. He is a national guard in the army.
