How likely is it that my hernia was repaired using that recalled mesh patch?

Question

I had hernia repair surgery during a laproscopic gall bladder surgery- also had an ovarian cyst removed- all at once- It was 7/05. I have not heard that I have that recalled kubel mesh patch but I would like to know- surgeon has NOT returned my call. I have gained 20+ since surgery for unknown reason- no other major symptoms- thyroid panel was ok. Anyone know anything?

Believe me if you had the recalled patch used you would have been contacted by some medical lawyer already. Look for some other reason for the +20.
