My daughter has not seen her bio dad for 2 years due to a restraining order we placed on him. My daughter was only able to be checked by one specialist in our area for any signs of molestation. The dumb doctor wouldn't see her until a month after my daughter had last seen her bio dad. We have been to SARC and CPS and have talked with a police officer, who started her case. We just found out that the officer was lazy and didn't do his job and are now assigned to a new officer. All we have been able to do is have a restraining order and get her in counseling. I feel like we're just being pushed to the side. What can I do to protect her from a horrible man? He also has mentally abused me and came close to raping me when I was married to the idiot. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

hi every1 i had a period on the 4th of march till the 11th. i had a iud (coil) and got it taken out on the 14th march to start a family i done a test a week later just out of curiosity and it said i was pregnant, its all been confirmed but im wondering how far will i be do i take it from my first day of last period or from when i had my coil out i go to see my midwife on the 8th of may for the first time but just curious to find out where i am. Thank You

Ok, this is hard to word the way I want, but here goes......

I understand the evolution theory, I do not believe it, but i understand the idea expressed. But what i do not understand is, an evolutionist is usually so because of the need of scientific fact, but where is the fact in evolution? I mean, how can an ape evolve into a human? Why are there no remains of an evolved ape....when it was more human-like....where are the bones or fossils of it? They have dinasour bones in museums, where are the more human-like, evolved ape REAL bones? ...where is it? I have heard the theory, seen the drawings, but there is nothing concrete to back it up. Wouldn't that make this whole theory alittle more scientific? Also, ever since we evolved into the human, why have we not evolved into anything in the 2,000 years of documented life?

My wife and I made a commitment to get out of debt. Our plan started in February and we have now cleared all credit card accounts. We still have a vehicle we are making payments, (more than the minimum) and student loans. For the credit cards I planned on just keeping the $0 balance and sending in $5 a month to each card, to produce a credit balance. Is this okay, should we still use the cards for say gas, just so it carries a balance each month? I dont want to close them as my wife has little to no credit history. I'd prefer out of sight of of mind and use our debit for purchases, but I want to improve my history and establish hers. Any adive would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 25, i don't work right now, i live in MI, can i get disability and i don't have insurance, i need surgery on my toe, i have a toe spur and i cant wear shoes and one on my heal, i have arthritis in my fingers, i have weak kidneys (so i have to go to the bathroom a lot)
I'm 80Pd's overweight
i just dont know what to do? any thoughts?

I drive a '98 Mazda 626 and I broke down yesterday. A horrible grinding noise was coming from under the hood of my car a few hours before I broke down, but I had to drive it to work - I had no other choice. I took it to Firestone (the only place it could be towed on a Sunday that was close to me) and they said I need a new water pump, timing belt, and some sort of spring that is under the timing belt?
It turns out that the belt or something near it was grinding up against my engine and little silver shavings had gotten into everything, and apparently my water pump is not functioning properly. They are telling me that I will have to pay $880 - does that sound right?

Also, the latch on my trunk is broken (it is stuck open) and I asked them how much it would cost to put a new latch on - they quoted me $300. I said "no thanks" to that. Is every auto shop going to give me the same price for a little latch?

Much help is appreciated as I know next to nothing about cars.

Latley, After i eat my stomach gets very very upset. My stomach feels like a have gas inside but after going to the bathroom i feel okay, but during that spell i get very nauseus and really dizzy. Does anybody have a clue why My stomach is doing so??

I received "1099" for few months of work done in California as contractor, I used to commute from Florida every week to work as contractor in California.

Do I owe income tax to Cal State in this case.

Am I considered as part year resident, even though I had no residence address in california.
