Trump first fired Frank for not presenting a strong enough case for himself. Then, he fired Nicole for her romance with Tim. It came down to James & Stefani. He fired James for things that he said during the season that rubbed Trump the wrong way (although nobody seems to know what that is). Despite the fact that Stefani never stepped up to be PM, Trump hired her anyway.
