hey hows it going... im 17, 5'7'' and a half and 150 pounds.... i olay volleyball 2-3 times a week for 2 and a half hours each time. and then one tournement a month and it adds up to be 7 hours of v ball over the weekend... thn i got to the gym 2 times a week for about an hour... i eat healthy, today i man today the worst i had was a cheeseburger with tomato and letus... the rest of the day i drink water, i had fruit, and a small dinner cause i had v ball tonight... so how do i loose wieght i would like to loose 10-15 pounds... i have alot of muscel in my legs... i have some fat in my arms, not much in my stomach but alot in my butt... but everyone likes my butt,,, anyways... want to loose wieght just to fit better in clothes... my measurements are 36,29,41... any advice....
