People often say I look like Babra Streisand in her youth, would a smaller nose change that? I really hate my nose, but my parents think I should be proud of looks, but Im not. What do I do?

Weigh the pros and cons beforehand. It's a personal decision. If you are that unhappy with it, and you are doing this for yourself, then do it.
If you are thinking about this because someone mentioned Streisand, you're doing it for the hope of not hearing that again, and that makes it a bad decision.

Just dont worry about what other ppl think, I mean every body has some thing they dont like about their body, Like "I dont like my skin color " or " I dont Like my hands" or " I dont like my lips" or whatever. But u should like your nose for what it is, it makes you, who you are. Even if u mite get a nose job, it will really be painful and will cost alot of money. And then what if it didnt look like what u wanted it to look like? then u mite have wished it was back the same way as it was before. Anyways, just do what you think is best for.

Ask Barbara. She is doing fine with her nose. That Jennifer Grey girl from Dirty Dancing ruined her career getting a nose job. You really have to decide for yourself.

And what's WRONG with looking like "Babs"??! YOU should be so lucky to end up living a life like hers! Forget how your nose looks; concentrate on the person within you...& make HER the "object" of your "makeover". It's not your LOOKS you want people to remember you for- it's how beautiful you are as a person. :)

I don't think you should get a nose job because you might not like it at the end and it is GROSS

If you have an ugly nose, get the nose job. They don't cost that much.
