hey hows it going... im 17, 5'7'' and a half and 150 pounds.... i olay volleyball 2-3 times a week for 2 and a half hours each time. and then one tournement a month and it adds up to be 7 hours of v ball over the weekend... thn i got to the gym 2 times a week for about an hour... i eat healthy, today i man today the worst i had was a cheeseburger with tomato and letus... the rest of the day i drink water, i had fruit, and a small dinner cause i had v ball tonight... so how do i loose wieght i would like to loose 10-15 pounds... i have alot of muscel in my legs... i have some fat in my arms, not much in my stomach but alot in my butt... but everyone likes my butt,,, anyways... want to loose wieght just to fit better in clothes... my measurements are 36,29,41... any advice....

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

5"7 and a half and 150 pounds..i bet yer hot man u shouldnt try to lose weight. but if u wanna lose weight try amputatin a leg

PLEASE dont lose the butt. if it makes people happy keep it. anyways, i think you have a very healthy life style. if you want to lose fat in the arms just convert the fat into muscle by lifting weights. maybe the reason of your weight is because of the muscle in your legs. muscle weighs as much as fat does.
