2. Hair bumps,
3. Lay off the chocolate (despite what people might tell you that it doesn't affect you, it does), and candy, and sweets, and junk food. If you have been loading up on these intensively, this might be it.
4. Chicken Pox.

try washing with baking soda to exfoliate the dead skin. and it is also soothing too. your skin will feel smoother
