Except for maybe 2 or 3 congressmen or senators, non of the Republican leaders who are all for the Iraq war send their kids to Iraq.

I can understand why democrats wont want to, because they oppose the war, but should'nt the Republicans set an example for America by sending their kids to Iraq in large numbers if they really believe in their cause?

where I could get replacement parts from?

I am trying to fix a friends go-kart, and I am pretty sure that I have a vacum leak in the carburator from maybe a bad seal. I wanted to see if I could find some information on it before I just start taking it apart.

If you know of a store in Austin, Tx. that carries go-kart engine parts or manuals please post it here.

im 14, female. i want to lose a few pounds. nothing drastic! i just have a big event coming up thats important to me. i got a dress its kinda small on me so im just losing a little fat.

what are good excerisizes to do inside?
my parents wont drive me anywhere. crunches dont work. sometimes i jump rope in my garage.

but what am i missing?

I've been thinking about this recently.

I was diagnosed with clinical depression. I know what it is like to feel sad and dejected all day everyday. Not wanting to feel like that anymore, I went to the doctor. After taking my family history, which is fraught with mental illness, she thought my depression was genetic, and I was precribed antidepressants. And they seem to be working. As of late, I've been feeling a lot better, smiling and laughing much easier. But I haven't really changed my lifestyle and habits. I still live the same life, I just feel better while I do it. But my recovery has made me question, what is really the significance of feeling happy if it is just a function of my brain chemistry?

Hi! I have a situation, and I'd be interested in getting other people opinion. Parents of my girlfriend called me and demanded to be invited for the wedding on the grounds that they are my parents' friends. The truth is that they were friends three years ago, but now they would only congratulate each other on birthdays over the phone. They haven't even seen each other for the last three years. My girlfriend, who now lives in a different state, was planning on attending the wedding. At least she was planning on prior to her parents' call. Now I'm concerned that she won't be if I won't invite her parents. I really don't feel like I want to see people who have nothing to do with my family and just want to use the wedding as a chance to show off.
The situation is that I don't want to break up with my girlfriend, but don't want to invite her parents especially after their phone call. What do you think about this? Do you think it's a fair enough game to call and make such demands?

I see lots of very hardworking, people in my area that look foreign born. I imagine the farmers had a network of migrant workers for years .... doing the hot nasty work .... keeping prices down. Are these foreign workers an asset to the American economy or are they a burden ??
