A great study in military leadership is the movie "Twelve O'Clock High" starring Gregory Peck. It's old, but one of the best war movies ever made. You can get an in-depth look at organizational level leadership in a military unit.

Time Life did a very good reconstruction of the Viet Nam war. Black hawk down is a good move deer hunter so so. have you tried enlisting to see the cluster blanking take too the point of signing then dont sign. get info thru mail of the contacts. luck
