(I posted this under the wrong section, so here it is again. ) Our brother, half-brother to some of us, needs a liver transplant. He is 58. We are his full and half siblings ages 51-65 (there are 6 of us). Questions: Are we too old for one of us to donate a part of our livers? Also our blood types are different. Could some one explain which type can donate to which type? Who can AB negative donate to? We think he is A+, but are waiting for answers to this, so a complete run-down would be appreciated since we all have different blood types and his type is still unknown to us.

Also if someone has donated part of their liver out there, could you please share your experience with us. THANK YOU.

I am a very rational and empathetic person and I know it's not beneficial to stereotype or generalize an entire race or religion because of the actions of a few, but I am becoming overwhelmed with my hatred for certain groups. Mainly because my interactions with people of those back rounds has been negative. Can someone help me, I don't want this to consume my thoughts of blacks, whites, arabs, and hispanics?

I have no income, my husband left me with young children. Do I file taxes? Am I 'head of household' status? What happens if I put zero income (the truth!) on my tax form?
My husband is abroad and wants me to file with him because I am still married to him. Will it help me in a divorce if I do that (it would show we were married for longer)? Or is he trying to get tax breaks because of the children? He pays no child support as yet, he refuses to voluntarily. I haven't taken legal action.
He wants to file 'married filing together'; and put 'zero income' (true for me, but he earns a lot in Canada, but pays taxes there so he says that's OK).

This is the story. i applied at the Airport for a retail cashier position, and a friend needed a job also, so i told her to apply there too, then we needed to get drug tested & background check. Then the hiring manager was taking a while to tell us if we pass, my friend then called her and asked her what was going on, so she checked if we passed and we both did, the next step was to get finger printed, and we went. I received a call from the manager saying that my finger prints where ok, but my friend didn't. So my friend called her asking if she passed, and she told her yeah, then all of a sudden i didn't hear from my friend or the Mgr, but i called my friend and she told me she was working already BEFORE ME! I was like OKAY WHY?!? When i had applied/got interviewed BEFORE her! What do you all think?

The laptop is a 14inch gateway that a bought one year ago. I've been happy with the laptop up until it broke one week ago. I'm not sure if its worth paying the money to fix or not. I really can't decide. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to be drinking alcohol for my first time tomorrow with a couple other people. I guess I should take it easier then the other two people since they have drinken before multiple times, I haven't. Anything else I really need to know? besides don't drive, which I won't be doing. Walking back, I only live a few minutes away.
