i have to do a vitamin d presentation at school and bring a food withs lots of vitamin d in it. The instructor was hoping for something cooked, a recipe. Not just like milk or cheese....any ideas?

I bought a pair of black ballet flats like these

They are velvet (looks more like suede, as it's very short) and quilted patent leather toes. Can I wear them to work with a nice blouse and slacks, or are they too dressy? I know nothing about fashion and appropriate shoes.

Ok, so I am due to get my period in 2 days ( I am birth control so everyhting is fairly regular) and about 3 days my normally pretty flat tummy suddenly looks bloated but just about at my belly button and below. It almost looks like I am not very far along but pregnant. I'm on birth control and take it religiously at the same time and have never missed one so it's very unlikely I am, and it was really sudden. I had a normal period last month so I couldnt be very far along if i am pregnant, so would i even notice an increase in my tummy?

Scout is the youngest in her family, living with her father Atticus, brother Jem, and the cooker Capurina. Throughout the beginning of the novel, Scout acts more of a tomboy by wearing overalls and learning how to climb trees rather than wearing dresses and learning manners. In this book Scout is a intelligent, confident, and a thoughtful character.

I am 13 years old and I live with my father who is a single parent. When I was little I lived with my mom and it was an abusive house hold. However I distinctly remember that when I would go to bed she would sing to me and that was great. It was some sort of song that was something about strawberries and wine. I was thinking. Close your eyes for a minute, and think of a world where there is no war, hate, sadness, or any kind of things to make you sad, depressed, angry or painful emotions or feelings.


Now. If there is no war, pain or sadness, then it would be peaceful right? Full of love? I dont think so, because if there is no pain, there is no gain. If you take pain and war away, then you have to automatically take away: Jealousy, Envy, Lust, Anger, Greed, Grief, and everything that could cause them.

But if you dont have that. then you cant have love. Because how would you know what love is if you dont have anything to compare it to. You can you be happy if you dont know what sad is. There would be no decisions. because everyone would feel the same, and by feeling the same, you become totally numb, and everyone would be the same.

So pain and war are a phase that humans must go through, because without sad, there is no happy

Im a single 20 year old mom of a one year old. curently Im not working, After taking a year off of highschool ( I had a difficult pregnancy) I am finally graduateing in june. I start college in July im majoring in fashion design. I have a passion for designing things. I love to add things to my shirts and jeans to make them pop. I need a way to make money because I will be going to school full time. I know designing shirts is something I can do And people will buy. Me and my friends buy graphic Tees all the time. But how do I go about starting it? Where will I sell at? How much of an investment would I need? Is it possible to get a small business grant, If so how? What sort of advertisment would I need?
