i have to do a vitamin d presentation at school and bring a food withs lots of vitamin d in it. The instructor was hoping for something cooked, a recipe. Not just like milk or cheese....any ideas?

Fish liver oils, such as cod liver oil, Fatty fish, such as:
Salmon,
Mackerel,
Sardines, Tuna, Eel, One whole egg,
Shiitake mushrooms...

Pudding, custard, yogurt, anything containing milk fat

Don't forget to include sunshine! Our bodies convert sunlight into Vit. D, and for many people it is the primary source of Vit. D (esp. vegetarians).
