I'm not sure how you are using the word. I know when I had my chemo treatments I felt squimish inside. Like my insides wouldnt be still. I always felt like I had to do something or go crazy cause my insides were going 90 miles an hour. I was jittery and squirmish all the time. Expecially right after a treatment. Then it would start to go away till the next treatment.
If you are referring to squamous it has to do with cell types in skin cancer.

I'm not sure what ":squimish" is supposed to mean, but there is the word "squamous" associated with some forms of cancer.

Squamous refers to the specific cells that are layered in a scale like fasion. These types of cells are usual in epithelial tissues (skin, mouth, lips, esophagus, lungs, cervix, etc...). Squamous cell carcinoma is different from basal cell carcinoma in skin cancers by that it is less common (about 20%) but has a higher propensity to metasticize (spread) once it has taken hold.

"squimish" doesn't mean a thing.
squeamish, means inability to tolerate something and doesn't just refer to cancer.

Squamous, refers to a type of cell in the body, as in squamous cell carcinoma, which is a type of skin cancer.
