hi all
on monday I am setting on a six-day hike , I am walking part of the Ridgeway National Trail in South West England, from Wantage in Oxfordshire to Overton near Avebury Stone Circle in Wiltshire>>> OK, I REALISE THIS MAY MEAN NOTHING TO SOME OF YOU BUT PLS READ ON.........basically I will be walking around 16-18 miles a day , across mostly level or only mildly hilly ground.I will be doing this for probably six days straight.
I am a 22 year old male , 6ft tall who currently weighs around 196 pounds.
During this trip I will eating two apples a day and a moderate portion of pasta in the evening, with plenty of water - total calorie intake will probably be around 1300-1500 in a day, max.
How much weight do you think I realistically stand to lose, if any ??? (Hopefully some lol)
I know its a bit of a 'how longs a piece of string' type question , but if anyone could give me any idea, even an educated guess, Id be very grateful !
cheers folks
