We are not physics on this site, at least I am not. So the best answer I could give to your question is, when you and your partner are ready, when your cycle is right, when you have unprotected sex and if all goes well through your pregnacy. Please make sure you are trying to get pregnant for all the right reasons. Almost any female can become a Mom, but it takes time, love, work,persistance and dedication to become a Mother.

1. When you have intercourse and as a result get pregnant and deliver a baby.
2. You can adopt a baby and become a mother instantly.

Any amount of "Hard Work" by you and your Partner is Not Enough.
You need a bit of Blessings. You can consider adoption if years of waiting has not fructified.
Some times couples get their own child after an adoption.

When you and your partner (Husband) decide to have baby and have sexual intercourse without any protection.
And keep trying until you conceive.
When you become pregnant then after 9 months and 7 days you will become mother.
