I was surprised when we learned in my Sociology class that whites are the least christian race in America (out of the three main groups white, black and Hispanic). Only about 60% of whites claim to be Christian while over 90% of blacks and 87% of Hispanics consider themselves "religious" Christians. What can account for the loss of faith among American whites and the resiliance of the minorities' faith?

What's yours?

Should Christians be found in places where secular music is being played (that contains less than Christ like lyrics), where booze (alcohol) is being drunken, and should they participate in this party like atmosphere?

And if so, what are they celebrating?
What statement does this make to the unsaved?

my son is 16 years old, He's been having an attitude since 15, His attitude consist of shutting people out, failing grades, lack of sense of humor and quick to anger, He is not doing drugs, he does not run the streets, He's in the house all the time, He has younger siblings and at times he's shut them out as well. I have sought counseling, but the courselor has experience the same thing. I try my best to show love, care, and affection, he just don't want it. My children as well as everyone else knows that im a good mom. Im so sick and tire of his damn attitude, he's lazy and gets mad when we ask him to clean. I found him a job thinking that this would help, actually it made matters worse, now he really does'nt talk, he acts arrogant and refused to tell me how much his first pay was, which is under the table, I explained to him that he works hard and i just wanted to know, to be sure he is not being ripped off. He looked at me and roll his eyes. Should I send him to Job Corp!.

One of the things that led me to atheism was what I saw as arrogance of believers. It stuns me that someone would think that the being that supposedly made the universe, with its billions of possible worlds would be interested in the petty details of someone's life. Even the idea that mankind is the center of the universe seems born of incredible pride.

I only have the demo mode so I don't get to see the tutorial. I've made it to the airport and I've gotten my airplane on the ground but I can't stop it. How do you stop it if controls are on deffault? Or at least can you tell me how to activate the brakes?

Okay I'm currently doing my homework and I'm sorta stuck on a problem -

Only 12% of an iceberg's mass is above water. If the mass above water is 9,000,000 kg, what is the mass of the entire iceberg?
