Then why aren't Christians practicing Judaism, since Jesus was Jewish?
Are Christians following a false belief system, or the person of Jesus?

They say that Jesus "fulfilled" the Old Testament, and now view as a bunch of stories, which some good morals, but not something they'd take the time to read.

This despite the fact God clearly states that He never changes His mind. So this would mean all of the rules God laid down in the O.T. still apply, meaning anyone who gets haircuts, and women who teach are going to hell, amongst others.

Actually, many Christians embrace the traditions of Judaism, most notably the 7th day Adventists. They honor the traditional Old Testament sabbath of sundown Friday to Sundown Saturday and the Dietary laws of Leviticus. And I know of no complete Christian Bible that does not include the Old Testament.

But the Practice of Christianity is largely rooted in the new testament that established a new covenant with God. The new covenant is revealed in Jesus's words in the Gospels. Then the 'practice' of Christianity (how best to adopt that covenant) began with Paul and has been refined by the church (in its various forms) for 2000 years.

So when Christianity differs from its roots in the Jewish faith, it is not false, it is just new (relatively speaking)

Jesus was a Jew who fullfilled the Old Testament Messianic Prophesies. THis means Christians no longer need to avoid pork, not wear clothes of more than one fabric etc... Jesus as the perfect sacrifice also made sacrificing animals to atone for sins outdated. He basically fullfilled Judaism so for Christians to follow it how it was before the Messiah would be false to both the Old Testament and the New.

Orthodox, historical, Biblical Christianity IS Jewish. Jesus was a Jew, of the tribe of Judah, who fulfilled the Messianic prophecies of the suffering sin bearer and the one who would also be a light and salvation to the nations. Much prophecy concerning the permanent return of all Jews to the land of Israel, the establishment of a messianic kingdom, the resurrection of the righteous to rule and reign with Jesus-these things will be accomplished at His return to rule and reign on the earth from Jerusalem.

Another interesting way to say that would be, where did Jesus state that we should start a new religion?
As a Christian Preacher, writer and Evangelist you would, perhaps, be surprised at how I have struggles with this idea.
For instance, the feasts of God, Passover, First Fruits and so forth were ordained by God, the Father and Jesus as His Son celebrated each of them.
Could it be that we, the different denominations, have it all wrong.
Could it be that religion has nothing to do with it, it's faith and trust plain and simple.

certainly, many Christians include the traditions of Judaism, maximum distinctly the seventh day Adventists. They honor the classic previous testomony sabbath of sunset Friday to sunset Saturday and the nutritional regulations of Leviticus. and that i know of no finished Christian Bible that doesn't contain the previous testomony. however the practice of Christianity is largely rooted interior the hot testomony that customary a clean covenant with God. the hot covenant is printed in Jesus's words interior the Gospels. Then the 'practice' of Christianity (how superb to undertake that covenant) began with Paul and has been subtle by ability of the church (in its various varieties) for 2000 years. So while Christianity differs from its roots interior the Jewish faith, it is not fake, it truly is purely new (incredibly talking)

ISRAEL

The origin of the word Israel is quite interesting and takes all of our Judeo Christian heritage back to a deep connection with ancient Egypt.

The word Israel is made up of three ancient forms IS RA EL.

When we define each part we find the deep truth.

IS Female---- I·sis1 (º“s¹s) n. Mythology. An ancient Egyptian goddess of fertility, the sister and wife of Osiris.

RA Male---- Ra1 (rä) also Re (r³) --n. Mythology. The ancient Egyptian sun god, the supreme deity represented as a man with the head of a hawk crowned with a solar disk and uraeus.

EL GOD---- the Hebrew term el also became an equivalent to the English term god, as in the verse: "Who is like unto Thee, O Lord, among the gods" (Exodus 15:11), in which elim (the plural of el) is used as gods.
There is Israel. The female and male that is within all living things that together equal God. Or as Jesus put it, the Kingdom of God Is Within You.

It has been a thought of mine that in actuality, the only true Born Again Christians (as far as organized groups are concerned) are Buddhists.

They seek within themselves so as to be centered, and separate, which Jesus taught, and they are non violent which Jesus also taught.

On the other hand Christians do not accept the teaching of the single eye or separating from thought, and certainly do not support non violence.

Curious isn’t it. True Christians or disciples of Christ are actually Buddhists.

I do not find Jesus being comfortable with Hinduism per se because he did not seem to support Karma.

One time his disciples saw a man born blind and asked Jesus whose sin caused the man to be born blind, his or his parents. Jesus answered "neither).

THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS

Jesus teachings were quite clear and quite contrary to contemporary Christian thought.

Luke 17:21 The Kingdom of God is within you.

Here Jesus states that the Kingdom of God is a matter of consciousness.

It is a matter of inner light

Matthew 6:33 Seek first the Kingdom of God.

Here Jesus states that what comes first is not prayer, not hymns, not church, not religion, but seeking within yourself, meditation.

Luke 11:52 Woe unto you lawyers. You take away the key of knowledge, you enter not in yourselves and them that are entering in you hindered.

Jesus states that those who make religious law fail because they do not enter within themselves and they hinder others who are trying to find the key by entering within.

How true that is of contemporary religion.

Matthew 6:22 If your eye be single your body will fill with light.

Here Jesus speaks of stimulating the single eye or Pineal Gland of the brain.

Matthew 6:33 Take no thought for your life.

From Matthew 6:25 through 6:33 Jesus states over and over the need to take no thought.

Separate from the thoughts of the mind.

Mark13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

Here the admonition deepens for us to watch within ourselves thereby collapsing the wave and attracting the cosmic photon, angle or Ange

So here we have Jesus Christ quoted in the Bible as providing instructions for finding God, for finding life.

Practice the single eye, separate from the thoughts of the mind, find knowledge and the Kingdom of God within yourself.

DOES IT NOT SEEM

THAT JESUS WAS COMFORTABLE WITH YOGA ?

Jesus is teaching what New Agers are condemned by religion for doing.

Jesus is teaching the very thing that so many in the New Age are strictly following.

Disciplining body and mind to raise the consciousness to the point of enlightenment.

Or as Jesus said , practicing the single eye so as to fill with light.

JESUS TEACHER OF YOGA

Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart and you shall find rest unto your souls.

For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Of course a yoke can be a burden that restrains its wearer.

But we are considering Jesus who speaks of the inner kingdom, seeking within, entering within oneself to find the key of knowledge, practicing the single eye and taking no thought.

TAKE UP YOUR DICTIONARY

Let us first define Yoga:

Yoga: A Hindu discipline aimed at training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquillity. Important derivatives :

Important derivatives are: yoke, jugular, subjugate, joust, adjust, juxtapose, join, junction, juncture, junta, conjugal, injunction, yoga.

Now let us define Yoke:

A crossbar with two U-shaped pieces that encircle the necks of a pair of oxen or other draft animals working together. 6. Something that connects or joins together; a bond or tie.
Important derivatives are: yoke, jugular, subjugate, joust, adjust, juxtapose, join, junction, juncture, junta, conjugal, injunction, yoga.

To join. from Greek zugon, yoke, and zugoun, to join; d. YUGA, from Sanskrit yugam, yoke. Suffixed form *yeug-mö. ZEUGMA, from Greek zeugma, a bond. III. Suffixed o-grade form *youg-o-. YOGA, from Sanskrit yoga¡, union. [Pokorny 2. ðeu- 508.]

Thus we have connected the words Yoke and Yoga.

On the basis of his teaching relative to seeking within, practicing the single eye, taking no thought, which do you feel applies to Jesus ?

THE BACKGROUND OF YOGA

From the Internet site Pandoras Wordbox .

Yoga first popped up more then 3,000 years ago in what we now call India.

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj which means to bind, join, attach yoke.

Yuj also means union, to direct and concentrate ones attention.

In other words Yoga is about concentrating you, your mind and body to bind yourself to God. Its about disciplining yourself to balance your mind, soul and emotions so that you can connect with your individual spirit which is in turn part of the Supreme Universal Spirit or light.

MYTHOLOGY-COPULATION

THE BRIDEGROOM

Yoke and Yoga both have their roots in the meaning of coming together into a oneness.

If you will look back up to the definition you will see the word conjugal which means having to do with marriage and the relationship of spouses.

That is quite interesting when we consider that the one speaking of Yoke is Jesus and he is referred to in the scriptures as the bridegroom.

Matthew9:15 And Jesus said to them, Can the children of the
bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the
days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then
shall they fast.

THE NAME JESUS

The Name Jesus is a Greek word that has a numerical value in Greek of 888 which is the number of the mythical sun.

Now let us see why this is important in carrying out the concept of the bridegroom and the meaning of the word Yoke and its relationship to Yoga.

Psalms19:4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their
words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for
the sun,
Psalms19:5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber.

In addition to the bridegroom reference, Jesus makes the statement in the Bible, " I never knew you." The Greek word for knew is not acquaintence but rather it means sexual intercourse.

It means you never allowed me to enter into you to deposit the seed of new life that would give birth to the child within.

We never became one, we never Yoked, we never did our Yoga.

I suggest that you may wish to order the video tape that I made on this subject.

Tape Number 387, Jesus Taught Yoga.

CONSIDER CONJUGAL-YOKE

COPULATION-INTERCOURSE

Consider the Caduceus of Hermes which is the symbol of healing seen on your doctors lapel.

Two serpents entwined in a copulation of healing and new life.

Consider the double helix of DNA.

Consider Jesus as the bridegroom coming for his bride to consummate the marriage via meditation, or Yoga, or Yoke, where the seed of new life is implanted into the virgin womb, or mind of meditation.

The cosmic copulation that gives birth to the child of eternal promise.

Jesus in saying take my yoke, was saying, do Yoga.

Do your meditation before all else.

BUT CHRISTIANS SAY

JUST CONFESS AND BELIEVE

Make an altar call, believe in your heart and confess with your mouth the Lordship of Jesus Christ and you will be saved.

BUT WHAT DOES JESUS SAY ??

Luke 6:46 And why do you call me Lord and not do the things which I say.

Because the ones in church said all we had to do was believe and confess.

Matthew 7:24 Whoever hears these words of mine, and does them, is like a wise man who built his house upon rock, it will withstand the storm.

They didn't say we had to do all that.

They just said we had to believe and confess.

Matthew 7:26 Everyone who hears these words of mine and does them not is like a foolish man who builds his house upon the sand , it will wash away.

You mean I have to be odedient to your teachings?

I have to seek within myself and practice the single eye, and separate from thought and watch.

We don't do that at our church, that sounds like New Age stuff.

AND WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ?

Hebrews 5:9 And being made perfect he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.

Acts 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things and so is also the Holy Ghost whom God has given to them that obey him.

So now I have a choice. I will either follow Christianity to church or Jesus Christ to the Kingdom Within
