You need MusicMatch.

Download it at

http://www.musicmatch.com/download/plus/jukebox_ext_intro.htm?os=pc&mode=input&BTD=1&DID=999991574&OEM=CJJ&AID=5676440&PID=187966&SID=M2AG1a0005_4%2F3%2F2007

You will need some sort of "Ripper" to take the music off of CD's.. depending upon where you are going to put them you might be able to use iTunes (if you are putting them onto your iPod) or many other products available...

By the way... "upload" means you are sending music from your computer to another computer.. and if you are trying to take the music off of a copyrighted CD then you would be breaking the copyright law by doing this...

You ARE allowed to download music from your CD's onto your computer for your own PRIVATE use.

Did you try and rip it with windows media player? If that doesn't work then you should get a 3rd party program that will rip the cd.
