am i to much of a goody goody tue shoes....ok well i dont go to partys i stay away from drugs and i dont drink/get drunk i dont do any of that i stay away from all that. i was talking to some people in my study hall they were talking about how they get drunk and were useing some kind of slang they said somethig call getin blown or something i look at them all confuzed they both said to me i need to get out more. do you think being to good is a wired thang?

Why does the flight stop in the air. Let me explain. I have flown in several flights in my life and sometimes when the flight is on its way to land, the flight "stops" right in the sky, and then the plane slowly turns round then approaches the runway. Why does the plane actually "stop"?

I will give birth in May and have decided to at least try to breastfeed first. I'm not so gung ho that I'm against formula but I will try it for sure. Its annoying when some people who have never breastfed turn their nose up when I say I want to try it. They make it seem like a disgusting thing! Well one person in particular makes a point to say all 3 of her children were formula fed and they're fine. Im sure its her miseducation on the subject that makes her shun it but I have no time to be a teacher I'm gonna be a mom. I told her I want to try she still keeps discouraging it must I end a friendship over a breastfeeding debate?!

20 yrs .ago I bought 2 southeast Asian Leaf turtles, from a small Manhattan store. They were common then & are NOT on the endangered or forbidden list of today's commerce. I loved them so much & fed them human food which they loved, scrambled eggs, rice, cake,bananas, hard-boiled eggs, you-name-it They were personable & almost human. then when I was struck by a car , no one to care for them, I came home 2 months later & they were dead. I am & will always be heartbroken.
PLease help - Who and where would have this specific turtle for sale or import? (I want no other) They are rugged, smart, adaptable, semi-aquatic - compare to a human baby. These are worthwhile pets to love & care for. Any specific info from those who are into turtles.????? All good leads appreciated. I ask those of you with a soft heart for turtles to reply.

I'm not sure when it comes to myself. There were several occations that seem to have been a shorter or longer step in that direction.
One thing I want to describe now is about my confirmation in the teens. I live i a country that was once considered lutheran. That's a kind of protestantism reaching for catholicism as I've understood it.

I was a very shy an cautious boy for the most part. But I teased one of my two best friends at the time because he was going to go in the front and exposing the big cross on a stick. I didn't mean for our teaching preast to hear it, but he did.
What he had to say about my transgression was that the other guys mission was one of honor.
He did not say anything more. No explanations.
I think I lost just a little bit of the trust in the authority in christendom. I was very disappointed at the moment I guess. Was this all he could provide as a defence for his religion?

This was only a minor, but yet a step in the direction for me to become an atheist.
