Tupperware and Rubbermaid yes I expect to get back. Ziploc boxes are pretty much disposable.

It usually stands that they want it all back...though the rudiments of tupperware etiquette are so stringent that i never take anyone elses tupperware, for it, though a benign thing has a way of ruing friendsships and increasing who gets door jam fruit cake each holiday season...sad but true...so perhaps carry a small survival kit with your own gladwear and then if and when you decide to throw it out and you feel terrible about it, instead of using your handy bag of glass also in your survival kit for beating yourself up before anyone else can, you now realize that you rule...and no one cares anyway, so it is up to you....in the final analysis, to keep your friends, use a paper plate and saran wrap. Works like a charm....even oprah doesn't like to lend tupperware, if I have my facts straight......*wink* (Truth)

If it's Ziploc or Rubbermaid, you probably don't but if it is Tupperware, you probably should. If all else fells you can always ask them if they want it back.

It would be nice to get the containers back, but if not, it's no great loss.
