so im going on a cruise from LA to places up and down mexico this friday for a week. ive never been on a cruise and im really nervous i will get sea sick. is there anyway to tell before hand if i will be the one hanging over the side of the ship?

My boyfriend is a type 1 diabetic who was recently diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy. Before he got his diagnosis, his pain was moderate. Now it seems like it goes to extremes, All of a sudden he's in crippling pain that almost brings him to tears. What strikes me as odd is that when he's in this horrific pain, if he gets distracted (i.e. telephone call, something cool on tv, etc) his pain will disappear until he's not distracted anymore. I love him to death but I know sometimes he does *admittingly* play the sympathy card and nobody seems to notice but me. I understand that he does genuinely have pain and neuropathy, but does this seem a bit out of the ordinary or is it just me?

about a month ago i got tied up in an incident where i was with a family friend (im 15, hes 17, and we dont know each other well) in the middle of foodtown when a 3 crazy men ran into the store firing guns and held us as hostages to get ransom. It was really frightning and i thought i was going to die, but naikey, the guy that i was with, told me that it was going 2 be fine and he was really calm through the whole thing. It was really wierd because we had never talked before then but i dunno just being in that situation with only each other for support (nobody eles we knew was held hostage) really pulled us together. i thought everything was going 2 be ok, until one man suddenly shot the old lady next to me in the head and she died instantly. I started freaking out and shaking and crying and naikey was with me the hole way. We ended up being hostages for over 24 hours, and in the remaining hours Naikey took a bullet for me and got shot in the shoulder. We are now really close...

I'm standing all day at work, and I only get one 10 minute break...

When I come home, my legs are very sore and all I want to do is sleep.....

Sitting right now at the keyboard is tiring for me!!

Is there anything I could do-- vitamins, stretches, etc. that will make me less tired/sore after work??

I have the option for starting a career at Exxon Mobile. It is tempting of course. Young chicks all over, own desk, fitness pass and all that jazz! On the other hand my father is begging me to take over his Grocery Store. It needs a lot of TenderLoveandCare as it is a little shabby now. And if I run it right I probably can back out after 10-15 years. But until that time...old ladies and people drinking 50 cans of beer a day and stupid truckdrivers.... Do you know what I want to hear?

When ever I brake I hear a knocking sound. The faster I am going when I brake the faster the noise is and as I come to a rolling stop the noise is slower, and further apart. This noise only happens when I brake, no time else. I just put new drums on my car 2 weeks ago and the noise just started about a week ago. I pulled all 4 wheels off my car last night and looked at my brakes to see if I could tell what might be wrong. All the brakes, drums, etc. seem to be ok. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this knocking sound on my car? I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla. If theres any other info thats needed just let me know so I can provide it to you. Thanks!
