I'm standing all day at work, and I only get one 10 minute break...

When I come home, my legs are very sore and all I want to do is sleep.....

Sitting right now at the keyboard is tiring for me!!

Is there anything I could do-- vitamins, stretches, etc. that will make me less tired/sore after work??

thanks so much!

Take a warm shower...it perks u up instantly. Do some simple stretching. As for your tired legs, do this simple posture, lie on the floor and elevate your legs to rest on the wall, so that your hips and legs is 90 degrees. The backflow of the blood help to relieve tension of your tired feet due to gravitational force and even relieve varicose veins too!

First you should have atleast a minute or 2 a break from prolonged standing since circulation in your lower leg will be affected. You might even developed varicosities. After work, my advise is you should elevate your legs for 10 minutes, massage it lightly, apply a soothing lotion. Rest for 1 full hour then take a nice warm bath. Sleep early. In the morning, take your multivitamins and balance your work load.

Just take rest. Don't do anything. Get a face wash in cold water sit quietly in an easy chair with eyes closed for some time. Then take a glass of cold water or orange juice. See the results.

Well i would recommend seeing a doctor, but most of the time for women that feel tired alot there is a iron deficiency, Its easily solved with some iron supplements.

try exercising (running or joggin) everyday if your blood doesnt get enough oxygen it will get kind of heavy and you will always be tired, also you might be depressed, try to talk to your doctor about this, the same was happening to me until i started exercising and took some mexican medicine and it really did work, i dont know the name of the medicine right now but ill email it to you as soon as i find out.
