I'm puzzled how we feel more pain at night when we have a pain somewhere on our body.When you have flu, it gets worse at night with nose congestion, coughing gets worse at night than during daytime, you name the physical systoms when you're sick, it's always more of a struggle at night when one want to sleep peacefully. Why?

My last laid is on 3 March. But the period still havent came. Then This morning i had sex with unprotected. I worry i could hav it. I have heard several way to prevent the pregnancy. 1 of it is taking pil other is taking food that could kill / not suite for pregnancy. I don't know what type of food n the best way. Please advice.

The only assignment clause in the contract specifies that "the parties or . . . their . . . assigns" will be held responsible for the performance of the contract. There is also a clause which states that both parties must be informed in writing and agree to any modification to the contract. The assignment occurred to a person who was unable to qualify for the financing contingency and the seller was not informed until after the orgininal closing date that any assignment had occurred. Does this appear to be a breach of contract? Is an assignment a modification of a contract?
