how do you install java?

i have the CD for blue J but it says you should have java installed.

Java is free. You can download it through http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp. After you downloaded it click on the icon that is entitle "java..." something the follow the instructions.

Sounds like you need the JRE.
