can you name some towns in Kalimantan, Indonesia that are suburban or somewhere that is in between suburban and rural and if the second group of towns are able to have access to the internet?

I'm not sure if this town can be called suburban
Let me just say some big cities in Kalimantan: -Balikpapan -Banjarmasin-Samarinda
Lots of people there have internet access. There are a lot of big company there.
