My last laid is on 3 March. But the period still havent came. Then This morning i had sex with unprotected. I worry i could hav it. I have heard several way to prevent the pregnancy. 1 of it is taking pil other is taking food that could kill / not suite for pregnancy. I don't know what type of food n the best way. Please advice.

The best way to prevent a pragnancy is using protection! Why would you want to kill an innocent child just because you can't go to a clinic and get Birth Control nor Go to a Gas station and buy condoms.

If you dont want a baby then stop having unprotected sex. Take an early pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant from 3rd March then you can get the morning after pill from the doctors or a family planning clinic if you are worried about this morning. I've never heard of food preventing pregnancy. Try some contraception next time you have sex and then you wont have to worry.

The morning after pill only works 3-5 days after you had sex at the most so you should get it as soon as you can if you had unprotected sex. The problem with taking the regular birth control pills is that it's easy to forget and that decreases it's effectiveness if you take it different times. The morning after pill is only meant for emergencies and isn't supposed to be used regularly hence the Plan B. There's a birth control patch but the only method of birth control that's 100% is abstinence.

Talk to your dr about what kind of birth control there is. There are all kinds of ways to prevent pregnancy. But having unprotected sex is just asking to have a baby. Use a condom they work great for birth control too.

The best way is not to have sex at all!!! And another way that MIGHT help is NOT TO HAVE UNPROTESTED SEX!! Are you people stupid?? Get on birth control and always use a condom, but if you dont then face up to the consequences of having a baby.

Go see your doctor if your period is late it might be too late for the morning after pill. Mabey you should see about getting some birth control too to prevent this in the future.

Maybe you should have thought about this before you had sex. That is your problem and it is your mistake not the babies so dont go off punishing it. I dont think you can just say I dont want this anymore and then kill it. What if your boyfriend who you had se xwith decided he didnt want you around anymore. Would it be right for him to kill you because of how he feels. It isnt your body anymore when you are pregnant it is yours and the babies. So why dont you have the kid and put it up for adoption.

I would go to your health dep . You can get on birth control for free and take a test to see if yu are pregnat.

You can wear condom, use spermicide, or birth control pills.
