i work at a bank, no union or anything. this girl showed me her drivers liscense the other day and her hair cut was like practically shaved, being the idiot i am i said something like "oh this hair kinda looks like a dike haircut." she got offended i said i was sorry and it seemed like the whole thing was going to blow over.. i found out yesterday she sent in a formal complaint to human resources about the incident... This is my first offense, what kind of punishment am i looking at??? Can i be fired for something this stupid? Thanks, dave

I adopted him 3 weeks ago. And except for the growling when I scold him I think he is great. He is 6 years old and he was raised with 2 other dogs bigger than himself so I understand he had to be very defensive. The growling when I play with him does not concern me. But I am very concerned that he does it when I scold him because he bares his teeth. I do not back down but I wonder if he will actually attack me or if this is just a front. He has not been nuetered and I am wondering if this would help[.

I adore Raymond Briggs The Snowman and have a book of cross stitch patterns based on the film - but I am bored of cross stitch!

Can I use the patterns to make a latch hook rug or would it not work because you wouldn't be able to see the details?

Is there any other crafts which I could use the patterns with?
