Wow. Amazing how many people say micro or die! We managed not too many years ago to live without them completely. Have a piece of chicken and some chicken broth? (No broth? Just a little salted water will work, too.) Put a bit of broth and the frozen chicken in the pan and poach if for approx 10 or f5 minutes, it is done when it is no longer pink inside. I will put a solid chunk of ground beef in a pan and do it the same way, only with a little oil and just scrape the meat off as it cooks. If you need to thaw something, put the wrapped items in really hot water and it really speeds things up. Granted, it takes a little longer than microwave, but micro ain't good for you anyway.

You really need to buy a Microwave~! I know that you are broke and do not have alot of money, but that is the smartest thing to do in the end~! Some healthy meals in the freezer section also can be made in the oven as well~!:) Good Luck~!

Do you have a rice cooker? Throw veggies, meat anything you have together with your rice and it will be a full meal and taste delicious. If not, get instant noodles, boil, and eat, Delicious too (only a few pence/cent for a packet)

Salads. Sandwiches. Being broke, you're going to have to learn to cook, it's cheaper than buying precooked meals or eating out.
