Remember the era of Yogi Bear? of Bugs Bunny, of Huckleberry Hound? The old MGM Tom&Jerry? Cartoons till the nineties had so much more than humor and anthropomorphism packed into them. While they did make the kids laugh, they also had what it takes to entertain adults alike with well-crafted dialogs, a "boom" here and a "thud" there. Today you have the utterly-meaningless fantasy cartoons like Pokemon, BeyBlade, Japanese Robot cartoons, senseless CartoonNetwork-made cartoons which are next to scribbles with groase dialogs and too much of weaponry, firepower, depiction of fierce battles etc. Will the real "cartoon" survive this era? Or are we better off watching Boomerang?

Okay, I'm really confused. I was checking on my bettas and I noticed that they were acting sick. I was esp worried about one that seemed to be losing his color. He is normally a dark grayish blue but he seemed to have turned a white color. I came to my computer asked a question about it waited for a couple of answers and then went to go check on him again. He is now his normal color!!! I'm so confused!

This is my first time having a cat and I'm just curious how you can tell if a kitten is a long hair or short hair cat? We took in a stray about 7 months ago and got her checked at the vet as well as getting her shots. She just had kittens around 4-5 days ago. My have they Gotten big!..lol...Back on subject though. How can I tell if they are short hair or long hair? The queen is a LONG hair. She's a mainecoon cat but a small one...So possibly a mix of Mainecoone and something else.

We have many male cats around our home but they are all short hair mostly. So I'm confused on the distinction between long hair and short hair kittens. Do kittens take mostly after their mother or the father?..or is it just chance?

Also one more question....Is it possible for kittens hair color to change as they slowly age in the first months? Both are black with white paws and chest unlike their completely mixed color mother. But one kitten seems to be lightening up or it may just be my eyes lol.

Ok,no judgement please.I am feeling very low lately..since august i have been feeling very weird. I have been using MS Paint to design Deck Plans for a Future Star-Trek Starship. It takes a good 18 years into the Future from the Last Movie. It contains 67 Decks.

I would like to use a Program other than Paint, so I can Manage the Decks (BMP's for now) into an Actual Starship.

Any good 3-D Modelers out there I could use?? One that isn't too awfully Complicated?!?

I have seen a fair share of gay people that are trying to find "cures and medication" to repress their homosexuality asking questions here. I remember having questions about my sexuality when I was younger, but never really considered changing or denying it. I was just confused. I do not remember people having this much trouble dealing with it when I came out about 10 years ago. I am only 30yo as well.

It is like A.D.D. This was a disorder that was never even really mentioned when I was growing up. Now it seems everyone has it.

What do you think causes this self-hatred lack of understanding?
What is the best advice you can give to those that are having problems accepting and loving their homosexuality? Or if you had hard times, how did you finally cope.

In revelations it states that the anti christ will come accross at first as ''tha answer to all our problems'' th ''saviour'' and ''the amazing man''. He will be the anti christ and will implement the mark of the beast.Right then isnt this interesting,Nelson Mandela,from SOUTH AFRICA comes accross as this saviour to most non whites and a few other groups... I am in charge of the Easter meal for my new in-laws. They are all North Dakota Norwegians. I am Italian. You see the problem? I want to honor their traditions and favorite foods. Is there a Scandinavian version of Caprese? I have met some of them; all they say is "yep" and "you bet cha". My partner has told me that they want to know what all my gesturing and yelling is about......I think I'm just speaking normally. I need to make a good impression. Given that I started my periods from Feb.15th and had sex from 26th Feb to 2nd of March, I thought that I was pregnant but still had my periods,which came a long with painful cramps that I have never experienced.I was also urinating very frequently and had headache. My stomach is also a little bigger than usual.Can one be pregnant amd still get her periods?
