i have setup the router correctly (wcable/dsl router wired) but only one computer can connect at a time

Who is the best hero - Batman or Superman? You can choose to compare movies and comics, but please say WHY this hero is the best - at least two reasons, if you can.

Personally...I think it's Batman b/c he doesn't have any special ability other than being filthy rich.

Can someone help me understand these problems? I don't get how to do them at all.

Taylor and Michael are in their boat headed upstream. They travel a distance of 20 miles to the nearest beach. The current is going 4 mph. The trip to the beach and back downstream takes 8 hours. What is the speed of the boat?

In order to feed her baby, a bird needs to get a worm that is fifteen meters away. The bird canfly at a rate of 3 meters per second through stll air. However, there is a wind blowing. So, the bird must fly into the wind to get the worm, and with the wind to return to her nest. The entire trip takes 18 seconds. What is the speed of the wind?

I understand that I'm supposed to use the formula D=RT for the first one, and work rate x time = work done for the second, but I don't understand how to apply them. Can someone help me? You don't have to give me the answer, but explaining how would be greatly appreciated. My algebra teacher is horrible...

Its on a 1.6 acre lot, the house has been bricked around it and has a concrete porch, they bought it for 60, 000, in 1997, and along with the bricking and concrete spent about 10,000 more. The land is not worth very much, about 2-5,000 but are asking a crazy price.

This is in line with my other questions. A Stoic would say that "pain and pleasure befall the good and the bad a like, without making the person better or worse. So those things cannot be in and of themselves good or bad," and that we should therefore, not pursue happiness, but only truth. Also, the truth sometimes leads to pain, but is still worth pursing not matter how much pain can be avoided, by ignoring it. What do you think is the truth all there is, does everything else come in a distant second? Is happiness as important?

My best friend that I grew up with when I was a baby, lives in Cali, but I live in another state. We still visit eachother a lot. He was on aim, and I said hello, and he just ignored me and signed off. I dont know whats the deal, but we never fight, and its not like we are going out or anything, we are just really good friends. We have always gotten along, but I dunno why he ignored me. It was my 1st time IM'ing him on aim, and I told him who I was, and then he just signed off!!! What do you think is the deal?

I see Spain has erected a monument for the terrible bombings in Madrid 2 years ago. Isn't this, instead of a tribute to the victims, a tribute to the terrorists for pulling off a visious, heinous crime and having the Spanish government cave into them?
Whether you approve of the war or not, pulling your troops out after a terrorist bombing enboldens these cruds. Hey! They won that round; they causd the Spanish government to act just as they wanted them to.
