I was having a problem with Windows and got so pissed off that, without thinking, I immediately re-installed it from the CD. Problem now is that I can't access my old data files. Any ideas on how to get to those files?

I moved in this house 2 yrs ago and recently bought a new fridge to replace the old crappy 1970's looking one that was here. It is a GE side by side with ice and water dispenser on door. I thought I would need a plumber to run the water line but when I pulled it out to clean back there I notced I do have a water spicket back there. Do I still need a plumber? I am paying the $10 for the guys who move it in the hosue to hook it up but dont know if I need more then what is already there. What I saw was a square hole neatly cut into the wall behind fridge and a water spicket valve. Thanks!

I have a cat that is about 1 year old. Lately she has been acting, for lack of a better word, drunk. She eats well and plays hard, but she is very uncoordinated and walks strange even to the point of falling over. I haven't been able to take her to the vet yet. I think that she may have neurological damage because I was broken into and the people that did it may have either physically hurt her or traumatized her. Any suggestions other than that as to what may be wrong? Thanks for your help.

Resolved: The United Nations' obligation to protect global human rights ought to be valued above its obligation to respect national sovereignty.

Basically, for an argument in the proponency, important points include that it is ethical to protect humankind in general. One of the UN's goal is to protect global security, and since the end of the Cold War, there has been a dramatic decline in number of wars (Human Security Report). This is mostly, if not entirely, contributed to the work of the UN.

For an argument in the opponency, I can point out that choosing to intervene in independent nations in what choices they make may create war. However, that can easily be argued by the information I had listed above. Don't know how I can protect myself from that sort of argument.

My arguments are rather weak right now. Can someone help me out with their opinions? And how would you argue with my critieron?

My brother fell down at a park when he was 4. He had to get stitches and then a few weeks later, his eyes chnged color-they were and still are one blue, one green. I recently heard that this is a disease and it can hurt your eyes or something? Any ideas??
