ive been a little confused about that too but i think it will change tonight when the "official" day light savings occurs.

It depends on what kind of computer you have and how it is currently set up. Microsoft has a site that addresses this topic:

The computer time WILL NOT change, it will change on the old time. You can change it manually however by right-clicking on the time and then clicking on adjust time/date.
