I have thick curly hair and have never dyed my hair so I need advice. My hair is naturally dirty blonde but in the winter it gets a lot darker and I want to lighten it. Should I dye it all over or get highlights? What is the average price for each? Also, where can I go so I know they know how to work with curly hair b/c not every place does.

SO I want to lose about 10 pounds but I keep losing like 5 pounds(I tredmile 30 min a day) and then I get REALLY HUNGRY and I gain it all back. if i have a fish tank already setup and running, if i get another filter for it, how long will it take for that filter to cycle, while the other one is running with it?

also, i got a 55 gallon tank, i got a whisper 60 power filter on it. should i get another power filter the same thing for it? or should i get a emperor 400. (i got pig fish, piranha and oscar)
