Sun with a nice rainbow...usually, but no NEVER a blizzard.
I live in Sunny Southern California where it does rain, but then the sun shines again.

It depents. sometimes it rains then turns to ice, and then the sun comes out and melts it all away. other times it doesn't rain at all.
