Does anyone else think that Francine is obsessed with Black people? Does anyone else think that she really wants a big, strong black man in her life? Does anyone else think that they (black men) won't have her and she is bitter about it?

i have recently started running track, and i don't know what's wrong, but my legs hurt soo bad on the inside, about 1 1/2 inches above my ankle bone. there are bumps on both and it hurts a lot to touch them. when i ran today, i ran a 400 in a meet. it didn't seem to hurt so much when i went fast, but afterwards, i could barely stand. does anyone have any idea what this is? also, how long would it probably take to heal? would i be out for the rest of the season?

i'm studying for a test coming up and was wondering if anyone can help me with a few of the sample questions it gave me. theres alot of them..i just need help on 5 of them....

1)1. In a single sentence, summarize the rule of law in the Gideon v. Wainwright case as it was decided by the United States Supreme Court.

2)State how the U.S. Supreme Court opinion in the Scott v. Illinois case changed the rule of law stated in the Gideon opinion.

3)Gideon argued that under the double jeopardy provision he could not be tried again after the U.S. Supreme Court had ruled in his favor. Why was he incorrect?

4)Four of the U.S. Supreme Court justices who decided the Argersinger v. Hamlin case also decided Gideon v. Wainwright. Name two of the four justices who heard both cases.

5)First, name the United States Supreme Court justice who wrote the decision for the Court in the Gideon case. Second, what was his role in the Betts decision?

i'm 12, and i'm in the navy cadets, recently, the instructors hav been teaching us about the true north, compass north, and magnetic north during navigation lesson so we'll be ready to sail during the summer. but i just don't get the difference between the three and how you convert it from one to another. so can someone please explain the difference between the three and the convertion to me in a way so a 12 year old will understand. thanks a million!

I took an AccuClear pregnancy test this morning. It was an early detection one I believe. By the display it said that the line doesn't have to be nearly as dark as the control line. It was faint, but dark enough to where it stayed there for a long time and it was obvious there was a line there (you didn't have to tip the test in the light or anything). I checked it at the recommended time. Then two of my friends wanted me to take another one, this time an EPT, which is less accurate for early detection (before the period is due). It came out negative. There hasn't been much show of symptoms other than being sensitive to smells. The last "period" I had was shorter than usual and was spotty for quite a while (cuz it was, my bf n I had sex during the first part it was that light). If I was I would be about 3-5 weeks, depending on when I conceived (then or just under two weeks before). I was just wondering what the likelihood is that I actually am pregnant or that the test is wrong. Thanks

My husband and I found our dream home. But trying to buy it has been a nightmare. This home is a foreclosed home in great condition and a fairly descent price. However, we made an offer on it and next thing we know another offer had been made at the same time. The house had been on the market for a long time but recently with a reduced price. The bank has upped the price because two offers were made. We already paid the earnest $$ and now we are fighting for the house. Now the mortgage company wants us to finance through them instead of our bank. Their apr is 12% while our bank is 5.6%. Now I think the mortgage lenders are going to give the house to the person who borrows from them.
Is this legal?

I just went to an interview, actually a second interview on tuesday and the guy that interviewed me said that he would call me the next day to tell me if I got the job or not. But he did not call and the following day I called and was told that he didnt make a decision yet. I really want the job and I dont know what to do or what is going on. I spoke to some other girl at the time of the interview that said that was her third interview and it was with the same guy that interviewed me. Thats when I realized there was three interview and that was only my second but I was told to see the generl or store manager like her. Do you know what may be going on. I had an OB appointment today and they did an internal exam. The appointment was7 hours ago, and now I am spotting some brownish blood. At my OB appointment my BP was high so they send me to hospital for fetal monitoring which was fine. My blood work showed elevated uric acid, a sign of early pregnancy induced hypertension but they just booked in an appointment for Monday (my due date) to re-do it as they said it wasn't cause for concern just yet. Anyways, should I be concerned about this brown spotting??
