Didn't P&B buy them out?

burt's bees remain a private company but AEA investors bought 80% in 2004

I love Burt's Bees. I would be very sad to learn that they were bought out. I have been searching their site to see if there are any news postings and I haven't found any.
I also looked on P&G. They have a place to see all their brands. I don't see BB listed. Yippee! If you look on their site there's lots of info about the company.
