She's at the end of elementary school, so not more target for her.

Just take her to the mall and let her wander the stores. She will find things she likes and if you approve, let her buy it. Get the basics like plain tee shirts at target though and save yourself the money of paying $20 for just a plain shirt. Let her have a little freedom of picking out the other stuff.

Depends on her taste and style. Try H&M for a large variety of styles and to let her decide what look is for her. It's an affordable way to try some new looks. After she chooses a "look" she can shop more narrowly.

Gap for kids and Old Navy

Maybe give her a clothing allowance and ask her to buy her own clothes... Not only will she have to live with what she buys, she'll have to learn how to manage her money so she doesn't run out before next season.

Keep it young and fresh.. I hate going in the mall and I see all these young girls looking like VIDEO HOOCHIES,
-Old navy always has young fresh hip stuff and they love to mark stuff down.
-Aeropostal...trendy stuff (like A&F and AMerican Eagle but a little cheaper.)
GAP KIDS..always classic
stay away from RAVE..WET SEAL.. LIMITED TOO

Try the Gap, or any Mall will have many stores targeting her age range.
