I have a 2 year old and am preggo with #2. I think my son has developed allergies and I don't want him around her house since she smokes. She does go outside to do it, but throws away her cigarette butts in the trash in the kitchen. So, it reaks of smoke. She thinks that "clearing" your throat every morning is something that everyone does. Well, not me. Never smoked and don't intend to! She just doesn't realize that when you smoke, it's everywhere. So, now that I'm about to have another baby, I am very uneasy about her being around. My son has to go and stay woth her when I go into labor because my family lives 8 hours away. My son always seems to have these allergy problems worse when he comes back from her house. She also has a chocolate lab that stays in the house with her. i think it's nasty because it drools everywhere. What do I do? My husband doesn't think it's a big deal. But then again it's his mom. She always smoked around them...and he "clears" his throat every morning. HELP

there's this guy who comes down to where i live every weekend with my friend and we just hang out okay i really like him and was planning on telling him how i fell when my cousin suddenly meets him and like him too and he finds out and i guess since he found that out he likes her but i know for a fact if he knew how i felt he would choose me but okay so now there going out and dhe has a long distamce relationship already it's not fair because she also knew i liked him im so mad and frustrated and kinda heartbroken i want him bak i dont care im not gonna be nice any more he was gonna be mine till she showed up i mean i know she my cousin but i didn't think that was right what would you do??

I've really been wondering what I should do here. I see so many Brides that change out of their dresses into a white party dress for the reception. I'm just wondering what any of you have done or have seen being done. My dress is a very formal dress. It has those very tight built in corsets. Everyone is telling me I should change, but I look at it this way.... I only plan on getting married once. My Mom spent well over $1000 on my dress, so I feel I should wear it as long as possible to get some of my money's worth! This is a link to a picture of my dress. It has a cathedral length train on it, but we're going to have it busseled for the reception.

I work for a consulting company and last week, there was a client visit, a guy, whom I had to take out for lunch and be with for the afternoon.

It wasn't a big deal, I have done these things before with no problems.

But this time I found the guy rather nice looking. However, I hope I din't let on how I felt. We were talking of politics at lunch as people do when they meet for the first time...He was all right except he seemed quite shy, and even embaressed.

Then he mentioned girlfriend totally out of context. Now this hurt me big time. Maybe I am being very sensitive here, but I couldn't stand the thought that he guessed I found him sweet and had to mention his gf to let me know he's not available.

But would a guy really think a woman is into him and he needs to tell her he's not available the first time he has met her and that in a work situation? I mean I din't honestly say anything flirty etc..

I feel insulted..waaaaah
