I have these definitions of "estate" but do not know which one applies: 1)the property of a deceased person, a bankrupt, etc., viewed as an aggregate 2)The whole of one's possessions, especially all the property and debts left by one at death 3)equitable estate:: the estate of one that has a beneficial right to property which is legally owned by a trustee or a person regarded at equity as a trustee (as in the case of a use or power) .....plus many more that might apply! Please help me, I am stuck!

Here's a singular vs. plural question that has been bugging me for years...

If you have one goose you use the word "Goose." If you have a flock of them you use "Geese" agreed? Okay, so how does that translate to the Chevy Caprice? One is a "Caprice." But if you saw a parking lot that was absoolutely full to bursting and in each and every spot was a Chevy Caprice, would you say it was a parking lot filled with....Caprice, Caprices or even capri?

I know, it's an odd question. Trust me, I don't lose sleep over this but every now and then it pops in to my head and I thought I'd use this format to ask the masses.... Thanks in advance for your input!

well im about a week late on my period, my breast are bigger and im having abdominal cramping and shooting pains, i went to the doctor and he gave me a urine preg test and it came out negative, but he also gave me blood work for different things, should i stop worrying due to the fact ive only had sex once in my life ,with protection that didnt break or leak and it was during my last period..so can pregnancy be ruled out now that i got that negative urine test?

I'm from southern MO. and have had to do more yard work than usual because of the ice strom we had. We had to cut a tree down from our yard and now we're chopping it up into smaller pieces. The muscles for my thumb on my right hand hurt constantly. I've tried using Icy Hot and taking Tylnol but the pain is still there.
Could it be cutting wood that did it and what's some other ways I could try to make the pain go away?

I bought this really special lampshade, moulded silk, handmade the real biz, and i like being a bit unique but as soon as my mates clapped eyes on it they all wanted one. And as soon as I said that I'd read that it was coming out in Living Etc, that cool magazine then that was ....just about the worst thing to say. I have just brought a nesting box, but am struggling to think of a place to put it. We have several bird feeders in our lilac tree, so I'm not sure if it is wise to put it anywhere near those as it might put birds off nesting altogether.

The garden is about half the size of a tennis court.

Sparrows, Blackbirds, Wrens, Robins, Coaltits and Bluetits visit the garden often to feed.

Ok im asking on behalf of my GF and for myself and this is a genuine question im no just a sick looking to get off.
My GF is 25 im 27 we have been going out for about six months and we both have had sexuall relations in the past, the problem is that during sex she has an orgasim after only about two minuits of regular penatration and alot sooner when i perform oral sex on her sometimes but not often she will have multipul orgasims, i dont mind this but she is normally to tired ti continue after, she also gets very very wet quickly ( like she has wet her self fully)and easily im not to sure if it is related or not to her quickness during sex ,she is very embaressed by this and tells me that it has only started to happen recently. as we didn't file for legal seperation.
Now,she called me and told me that she is pregnant and has being seeing some else.
Can anyone please advise on how to go about this issue?
Because,when she has the child,the child will be will answer my last name,because the guy who got pregnant,does not have any health insurance and i could be responsible for it,since my health insurance covers hers also and besides,we are not legally seperated.
I'm in desperate need of a strong advice
