Surround yourself with literature written by women: Austen, Shelley, Angelou .... I love to curl up with a good book and a big glass of pomegranite tea! Also, go on long walks and camp and search for fossils... Studying natural history feeds my soul - perhaps because I'm utterly enraptured by dinosaurs. Knowledge is a good thing. Proficiency in the sciences is a real step toward personal empowerment and thus, autonomy ... and thus, happiness. Communication with feminists who believe in your natural capacities, etc. Reading de Beauvoir's 'The Second Sex' plucked my heartstrings because her ideas are so simlilar to my own...

all kidding aside ... A Woman is Love... She must be Loved and give Love, Nurture and be Nurtured. Need and be Needed. These attributes, both given and recieved, are what her soul feeds on...

According to the bible, the soul and body are the same. So I would guess by putting food in one's mouth?
Preachers made this error centuries ago, and never straightened it out. It's taught in seminaries that way.
The proper thought is "soul and spirit". (The complete living body.)
Spirit is what belongs to god and what motivates the soul/body.
When the body dies, it is the spirit that goes back to God, to whom it belongs.
