My ex and I have assets and money that we are still trying to disolve of. According to our divorce decree some of the items we dont agree upon are already spelled out in the decree. The ex is not wanting to split things as we already agreed upon and these items have been signed off already and notorized. What happens in a situation when one party isnt going by the decree? An example of my ex who was supposed to put money back into the joint account that we had but never did? Another example is that we have income from the previous year that is to be divided by percentages and the ex refuses to split accordingly and these items are already in the final decree. What happens now? The ex wants mediation but this stuff is already in the decree. What is the purpose of mediation and can that overwrite this contract of decree? What is the right thing to do. Ive tried discussing with the ex but they still refuse to try to work on an agreeable solution.

As I skidded through an intersection, headed straight for a utility pole, I asked Jesus to take the wheel. There was over $2000 damage to my pick up truck after the crash. I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years and love him, but he is very lazy and I’m not sure he will ever be able to provide for a family. We always said I would be the one working and he would stay at home with the kids, however when it comes down to it I’m not sure that really what I want. He says he supports my decision either way that it is my choice and I can't decide what I should do I could use some good advice.

Hi, i am considering getting or starting up a saltwater aquarium. I have had goldfish before, but not any marine fish. Sorry if i call the wrong things the wrong names- im new at this. So i need all the info on keeping seahorses, clownfish, "dory" the one in finding nemo, fish like that. What size tank? Type of heaters? Salt? What is cycleing? I found out that my girlfriend (4yrs) and mother of my 19mo daughter is planning to leave me. And go back to cleveland from lexington KY, where we are now. i found a whole folder from Ryan homes with floor plans and everything. she already has the property picked out to build on! shes in an employment contract that holds her here untill the end of the school year (shes a teacher). Ive known since a week before new years. (merry christmas to me) But i dont know how much longer i can keep it to myself. Should i wait to see what/if she tells me? Should i admit i know? Should i just leave her b4 she leaves me? I just don't know what to do. any advice will be appreciated.

One may feel confused at times when one is in a relationship and it may not be easy to take correct decision regarding marriage. Can anybody tell me some of the signs which may mean something is wrong in the relationship? Frankly speaking when I fell in love with a girl it seemed I temporarily have lost the ability to think LOGICALLY. I used to think incessantly about her, I would wait long for her response etc though at times even I understood my behavior was kind of abnormal. Do everyone feel that way?
