I'm a "Godist" (don't know any other word to use)...I believe in a Supreme/Creator Being and feel that organized religion creates too many distractions that lead people away from their personal quest to see where and what God means to them in their personal life (like believing in or venerating Jesus [especially if you believe Jesus IS God], Moses, Saints, Angles, Buddah, Zoroaster, Mouhammed, etc.). Not saying these people weren't great people but feel that their followers may have had their own personal interests in mind when they perpetuated a new belief system.

The correct English spelling of these religions: Islam (members are Muslims); Catholicism (members are Catholics); Protestanism (members are Protestants); Buddhism (members are Buddhists); Judaism (members are Jews).
You should also include categories for people who are "spiritual but not religious," "atheist," "agnostic," and "other" for people who do not fit into the above categories.

Student of Buddhism here.
Many consider Buddhism a religion, but in essence, it isn't because it has no creator god.
It is really simply a philosophy of life, which students of Buddhism follow.
We do not defend our belief system, for our objective is not to convert others to Buddhism.
We share with others who sincerely share interest by asking questions.

Religion is a box - I am a spiritual person who does not claim to know the right God/Goddess or religion. I only know that it exists but it is not what I was raised to believe (christianity).

I'm Canadian but I was raised protestant, however it wasn't for me and I'm now a Scientologist. I prefer not to worship someone but to live my life the way I see fit.
