Laura. That's pretty crapy of her to do to you. I would say that's a cowardly way to leave someone and also says that she has no heart to do it this way. I would let her know that you know after you make plan B. Then be happy she did that to you now instead of years down the road. There are some great woman out there that would appreciate you. Make sure you draw up legal papers to see your child too!! What was she thinking to leave a State without even thinking of the pain it will cause your child. Some people are just self centered and you can't change it but never lower youself to their level. Sorry you had a bad Christmas!! I give you a lot of credit though because I couldn't have held it in for more than a day....

Talking is the best thing to do. Don't get confrontational, just ask her. Sit down and talk and see what she says... Set aside about an hour and talk things out. See what you can do or see why she wants to leave...
Since you know already, there is no need to walk around in agony and there is no need for her to pretend that things are well between you 2 also...
Good luck and God Bless.

I would suggest that you talk to her. Have you considered that she might not be leaving you, but surprising you with a new home? Perhaps she is just homesick and looking at/dreaming about those houses makes her feel better? There are really many things it could be other than her leaving you! Good luck, and I hope things work out for the best.

Prepare to leave. When you are ready, admit that you know. Don't admit it until you have your things in order.
