I'm the coordinator at this site where I work. I admit things aren't perfect around there. But I feel kinda bad because this employee is ALWAYS going over my head. I don't know what to do and its making me feel aweful.
She Emails: My boss, She calls My boss, She complains My boss. but she doesn't come to me.
How can I deal with this help please.

Got approved and am 1st time buyer...I called a real estate co. and the lady who answered the phone was eager to show us houses, etc. we looked at 3 with her. The question we had about the house (which were there listings) she didnt know the answers to..the realtor seemed to be more interested in the people's stuff that was in the house..How do you pick a good realtor without all of them just wanting to jump in and be your realtor...we are 1st time buyers and dont know anything about purchusing a home. They are calling my house sayin this other realtor isnt right, we dont have to do this or that, etc. We want someone that will explain the process, and help us. I live in a small town and dont wanna like bump into one of the realtors..I feel like I was doing them wrong....So can you visit with each and every realtor til you find one you wanna work with or what..I dont feel the realtor that showed us the 3 houses so far is very good...Will it upset her if I changed realtors?

I can't seem to stay focused on one thing. First I'll be doing something and then my mind begins to wonder .And then I'll start another project and so on and so forth . I know I probably have Adult ADD but is there anything besides medicine that I could take or some kind of exercise ( mental of course ) that I can practice?

I asked a question earlier and mentioned how I was being deceptive to find out the truth about someone that supposedly liked me. Majority of people said tell her the truth -even though you'll never be friends again and she'll never look at you the same.
But their was only one person that said don't tell her and just fix the situation and you'll keep your friendship and just move on.
my point is sometimes when you people give advice you never consider that when people make a mistake it's not always good to confront the mistake. I think that saving a friendship without trying to be perfect in the friendship would mean that some things just should not be told. We should alwyas encourage one another no always show our faults. let me know what you think?

my boyfriend and me are really in love but his ex keeps callinghim, texting him hot messages, email him than she loves him alot even if she didnt realise it when they were together.. she calls during the night when shes drunk or stand in front of his front door for hours.. he ignores her and never reply but that really begins to annoys me.. what should i do to make her stop? she drives me crazy, insult me in messages; says that she will never stop.. shes really crazy as he already told her he really didnt love her anymore, that he was in love with me, that nothing could change it but she carries on... help!! please what should i or my boyfriend do? that starts to ruin our relationship..
