May is largely expected to be the zero-hour month for the US strike on Iranian nuclear plants (and other fundamental economic and infrastructure targets). What can one expect to see Iran do, in response to US attack against it? What about Israel: the easily reachable for heavy caliber Iranian missiles? You think another 1991 episode would be likely? And how efficient are Israel's defense strategies; same as the Patriot failures in 1991?

This man, retired, travels all over the world, using a false profile telling he's a widow, "good income" (and his bad credits??), luring Asian, C.& S. Amer. to move with him. Then after some weeks he leaves them behind, no money, no visa, no food, do not pay immigration lawyers, his rental contract, his worn-out things can't be sold, no plane tickets back to their countries, he has free maids while he's searching for new targets.... Then he goes back to his fifth wife, they have a weird, sexless (he can't!), no love, just an "open, modern" marriage. They have met many years ago when married to other people but together since then....

Pls. tell us how can we warn those innocent ladies abroad, so they can avoid legal problems, pain, sorrow after selling their things in their hometown, maybe leaving their jobs behind, following his sick dreams...that only last a few weeks while he's actin as a tourist using their cars.

Then one day, without any warning...Plufttt !!! He is gone....

Wonder if i could get a bit of advice

My knees sometimes hurt after intense exercise so i put ice on them or use Biofreeze. I do knee strenghtening exercises, think the ligaments in my inner thighs are tight, would love to do physio again but can't afford it for now.

Can anyone suggest exercises that you think would help to tone my hips and butt which won't make my knees hurt.

I walk up a flight of 128 steps twice a week,and go to the gym every other day and take the stairs (two at a time) at every opportunity.My diet is good.

I workout on the stepper, my outer hips seem to be getting more toned but my butt is still not toned,do i need to increase resistance or decrease? as i find that either way it works different parts of my lower body but never my butt

i'd would love some advice please

I feel like i'm losing direction and i just don't know what to do anymore. I stopped cutting myself 2 years ago and then today i cut myself. I feel so guilty now for doing it and wish i hadn't!!! i feel like i've thrown 2 years down the drain.

i am also struggling to stay off alcohol. I feel people have something against me, but maybe it's me, i don't know. I have had problems for years after seeing my mum experience domestic violence in my childhood.

I've also had drug addictions which i have overcome. I've got low self esteem and try to think positively but its wearing thin....

All i feel is guilt anger and sadness. Please god i need a break and i feel one day i'm gonna be pushed over the edge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dreamed many times that our religious relics in the house posessed with demons. I also always try to do something to get rid off them. The first thing to do is grab a holy water to cast them away and i always win meaning evil does not win over good. What does this mean? Thanks
